Beet Smoothie
- 1-2 tablespoons beet powder
- 1 tablespoon fresh ginger
- 1 cup of strawberries & cherries (our antioxidant frozen fruit blend is a great option for this!)
- fresh lemon juice
- milk of choice or water
- 1-2 tablespoons of honey
