As a small co-operative business, we work hard to keep prices as low as possible for our customers. Minimizing the amount of returned merchandise is one way we do this. At the same time, we want our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchases. Please consider our return policies when shopping at the Co-op.
We will gladly refund or exchange any item that turns out to be damaged or goes bad prior to the expiration date, provided it is within 14 days of purchase and you have the original receipt.
Other unopened, non-refrigerated, non-self-serve items may be returned within 14 days of purchase with the original receipt.
Co-op Owners or Members may provide their Owner or Member number in lieu of a receipt.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment source or as a store credit.
We are not able to accept returns of the following items:
- Gift cards
- Beer or wine
- Special orders
- Discontinued or clearance items
- Self-serve items (i.e. bulk foods/herbs, hot bar, etc.)
- Mercantile items that have been used or worn (i.e. books, candles, face masks, water bottles, etc.)
