New Local Vendor: Moore Dumplings of Moore County, NC

Hong (“Hongie”) Schulte is from Sichuan Province, China, a region known for rich agriculture, beautiful mountains, and spicy food. Hong brings her love for her famous hometown cuisine in her vegan potstickers.

Moore Dumplings are a fusion of unique tastes wrapped in a convenient package. These potstickers are made in small batches and wrapped by hand. Hong says they are best when pan-fried or air-fried but are also delicious when boiled and steamed.

We carry their Chinese Veggie, Japanese Curry Veggie, Chinese Mapo Tofu, and Chinese Pumpkin Seasame. All flavors are vegan!
